By utilizing our services, you (“User,” “Passenger,” or “Client”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read the following carefully:
Recherché Services provides luxury transportation solutions for various occasions, including airport transfers, event transportation, business travel, and more.
Clients must be at least 21 years old to reserve our services. Persons under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult when using our services.
Our services are available 24/7, subject to availability and advanced booking.
Reservations can be made online through our website, mobile app, or via phone. Bookings are subject to confirmation based on availability.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking details, including pick-up/drop-off locations, contact information, and special requests.
A confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you within two hours of making your booking. If you do not receive a confirmation within this time frame, please contact our Customer Service team to verify your reservation status.
Payment for services is due at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been made.
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic funds transfer. All transactions are processed securely.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. The specific cancellation policy will be communicated during the booking process.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy, which is available on our website.
Changes to reservations, including pick-up/drop-off times or locations, must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply for changes made after the booking is confirmed.
Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner toward the chauffeur, other passengers, and Recherche staff.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
Damaging Company property or vehicles due to negligent behavior will result in repair charges being levied to the User.
Recherché Services is not liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic conditions, road closures, or weather-related issues.
While we take all reasonable precautions for passenger safety, we are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Recherché Services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or engaging in illegal activities.
Recherché Services reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes.
By using Recherché Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
In the event that a passenger engages in regurgitation (vomiting) or spills food or drinks within our vehicles, a minimum fee of $500 will be applied to cover the costs associated with cleaning and sanitizing the vehicle.
This fee is intended to compensate for the additional time, resources, and professional cleaning required to restore the vehicle to its original condition.
Recherché Services reserves the right to charge an additional fee if the extent of the regurgitation or spillage requires specialized cleaning or repair beyond the standard cleanup process.
Recherché Services is committed to assisting passengers in recovering lost items left within our vehicles.
If a passenger realizes they have left an item behind, they should promptly contact our Customer Service team to report the lost item.
While we make every effort to locate and return lost items to their rightful owners, Recherché Services is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Found items will be kept in our possession for a period of 30 days. During this period, passengers can arrange for the retrieval of their lost items by contacting our Customer Service team.
Passengers are responsible for any shipping or delivery charges associated with returning lost items.
Recherché Services maintains a strict non-smoking policy within all our vehicles. Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited.
The use, possession, or distribution of narcotics or illegal substances is strictly prohibited within our vehicles.
If you choose to consume alcohol during your ride, please do so responsibly and in accordance with legal regulations.
In the event of spilled alcohol within our vehicles, a minimum cleaning fee of $200 will be applied to cover the costs of cleaning and maintaining the vehicle’s condition.
In the unfortunate event of regurgitation (vomiting) due to alcohol consumption, a minimum cleaning fee of $500 will be imposed to cover the extensive cleaning and sanitization required.
Passengers are responsible for any cleanup fees resulting from alcohol spillage or regurgitation.
Unruly conduct, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, harassment of other passengers or the chauffeur, excessive intoxication, and possession of narcotics, is strictly prohibited.
The determination of unruly conduct, including inebriated passengers, is at the discretion of our driver and/or office staff, based on their professional judgment and consideration of passenger safety and comfort.
Recherché Services reserves the right to immediately terminate your ride service without any refunds if unruly conduct, excessive intoxication, or possession of narcotics is observed.
